Appunto: secondo me, va ampliato il set di oggettistica utile (taglieri, coltelli, ecc) per sfruttare al meglio l'appartamento.

Very beautiful stay at a traditional and picturesque setting, only 5’ drive from Spello.

The only thing we would have liked to have is Wi-Fi at the accommodation.

It was so peaceful. Giulio & his mum were so kind & helpful. The pool area was lovely & the walk into Spello was better once we knew the shortcut!

We liked everything & felt very comfortable there.

The property and owner, Giulio were both fantastic. The property is beautiful - we had the 2 bed apartment at the end so had our own terrace. Inside it is extremely clean and comfortable - comfortable beds, loads of towels, good shower with plenty of hot water and a very well equipped kitchen - if you wanted, you could prepare and cook most things. Outside gardens and the pool are perfectly kept, with amazing views of Spello. The owner is extremely helpful - easy to contact, provided accurate and helpful directions to the property and he was happy to arrange table reservations, late check out etc. Giulio could not be more accommodating and pleasant. We also had the pleasure of meeting his mum with her beautiful smile! The property is a 5 min drive out of Spello. In the end we never did walk to town but it would have been possible in 30 mins but seemed like given the v quiet country roads back (with no street lighting) we would have got a taxi back. Property is equidistant to both Spello and Foligno - both worth visiting.

The swimming pool is exceptional - designed by your host, Giulio, who is very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed walking into town and didn't need a car.

Could hear other guests, particularly from room above. One rose early and left at around 5.30am on some days. Some equipment needing repair or replacement - eg kettle and hob ignition switch. Although listing does mention it's cash only Booking.com payment options do show credit card option. Note that it is cash only or bank transfer. No leaflets or instructions in the room.

This property is really nice and spacious. It has big garden with swimming pool with direct view of magnificent town of Spello . You won’t get any better view than this . Highly recommend this if you want to have relaxed vacation and real experience of Italian country side - far away from rushed City life
