The owner was helpful and always available for any queries and assistance.

No complaints about anything, but loadshedding.

I loved everything about my stay. All the added value touches such as a free wash and dry for our clothes. Towels for the beach and make up clothes. Loadshedding no problem as owner had an inverter. Hair dryers. Things I never expected. Complementary tea and coffee. Spices. Truly felt like home. And our host Bianca and Thom was super responsive and attentive.

Very seldom do you find accommodation that not only meets your expectations but surpasses beyond belief. The apartment is large, modern and decorated to perfection. You have everything that you need right down to salt for cooking, The Wi-Fi is high speed and with a strong signal. Ocean Song provides everything for everyone, be it adult, young adult or even children.

The rules they give is not the same on the booking.com and they also say no noice after 10 at night and in the morning before 8 but when I was listening to music the neighbors complaint and the music wasn't load and also they must say is only old people around nothing is said also I send them a message confirming that I left a jacket in the property but they just read no reply very unprofessional
