"Wohnungsausstattung und Lage i.O. aber leider ohne Parkplatzreservierung"

Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte viel Komfort.

Es konnte kein Parkplatz reserviert werden, damit ggfs. lange Wege beim Aus- und Einladen des Fahrzeuges. Die Parkplatzsituation war ungünstig. In der Strasse wurde gebaut, der Baustaub war extrem und die Hinweisschilder wurden nicht rechzeitig augestellt. Morgens war es schon relativ laut, auch da eine Firma unterhalb des Gebäudes ihre Transporter beladen hat. Wir sind früh los, aber nichts wenn man ausschlafen möchte. Schade, dass wir keinen Hinweis hatten, wie wir die Markise auf dem Balkon nutzen können, da es schon sehr warm war.

Piękne mieszkanie niedaleko głównych atrakcji Stresy. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy, restauracje i centrum miasta. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica. Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze z windą. Doskonale wyposażone, bardzo czyste i ładne. w łazience dostępne mini kosmetyki. Niedaleko do dworca kolejowego. Przed drzwiami parasole, w razie niepogody.

Wszystko było idealnie.

Dzīvklis bija ļoti labā vietā, tuvu dzelzceļa stacijai, tuvu centram, mierīgā un klusā rajonā. Tas bija ļoti ērts, par visu bija padomāts. Skats pa logu bija dievīgs, tik jauks balkons un saimniece ataucīga un pretimnākoša. Kā arī mums bija atstāts ūdens, kas vēlu vakarā iebraucot ļoti noderēja un auglīši un našķis! Ļoti patīkami! Ja vēl kādreiz būsim Stresā, noteikti gribētu palikt tur vēlreiz!

"Very enjoyable stay ina beautiful town."

Property was exceptional in a very clean apartment building. Furnishings were to a very high standard. Would definitely stay again. The only slight downside was that the property was located about a 15 minute walk down to the town. Essential you have a car !

Everything was exceptional so no complaints.

"Excellent stay at Casa di Chiara"

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa diChiara and would stay here again when we return to Stresa. Good location, on the 4th floor of a residential block, with a lift and stairs. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Very quiet, exactly as described and in the photos. Beautiful views from the rooms and the balconies. easily walkable to the train station and lake. Although the last 100m to apartment block is uphill!We really felt that the apartment was her home, there were lots of personal touches. Communication with Chiara was excellent. She gave us good tips for restaurants and places to visit. Maps and information available in the property.

"Je recommande sans hésitation"

Très bel et grand appartement. Bien équipé. Beaucoup de rangements. Grand balcon. Tout proche du lac, centre ville et supermarché. Tout peut se faire à pied. Facile de se garer dans la rue (en mars). Petite attention bien sympathique à notre arrivée.

Le seul bémol vient de la douche. Pression ok et agréable mais la température changeait d un coup soit en bouillant soit en gelée donc pas facile. Le problème a été remonté à la propriétaire qui ne semblait pas savoir.
