A casa di Chiara

Amazing location, within walking distance to everything. We were here for a wedding at the villa which was literally at the end of the road. Couldn't have been better. Also loved starting each day with a coffee (from the machine provided) out on the balcony with beautiful views. The place was clean and we immediately felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Nothing to fault! Everything as expected from the photos.

A casa di Chiara is a flat beautifully furnished and equipped with all you need. Good parking space and close to the lake, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds, lot of storage space, balcony with Spring flowers,and extremely good service from Chiara, All our expectations were more than fulfilled and we can highly recommend A casa di Chiara. We loved the place and the hostess was delightful. The keys were easy to get to. The parking is along the street and it is free. We had no issues finding parking. We went in October - off season. She met us in person after we checked in and answered our questions. The place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient closet storage space. Showers were very clean and great, better than the hotel. We washed our clothes in the in-room washer and hung dried them in 12 hours. The building was very quiet. It felt like we were the only ones in it. We felt safe. The property is walking distance to the lake and central to the beautifully lit town at night. The hostess owns a Mama Mai restaurant a 10 minute walk to the center. Their Gnocchi is delicious. I highly recommend you check out their cute boutique restaurant. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood. A small yet well stocked mini grocery store is only a few steps away. Late Oct is an off season, so not all restaurants were open and fewer people in town. Overall 5 star for this place. I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate to book this place. You won't regret it.

The lights in the hallway between the elevator and our room was dark one of the nights, so we used our phone flash light. The elevator doors opened but it didn't take our floor number one of the nights. None of these were an issue for us. The hostess was reachable via WhatsApp whenever we wanted. She was very helpful.

Excellent location . 5 minutes wal4k to a large supper market, 10 minutes from center town

The host did not speak much English while the correspondences were through the phone ( WhatsApp was not available) with difficulties understanding each other

The apartment surpassed all our expectations. It was just lovely. We arrived late after a delayed flight and our weariness disappeared when we opened the door. It was bright and airy, exceptionally clean, well-located and very well equipped. Communication from Chiara was excellent throughout our stay and picking up the key was easy. The photos do not do the spectacular views from the apartment justice and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and drink them in. I travelled with my 73-year-old Mum and was a bit anxious about the bed in the second bedroom (which I slept in) but actually found it really comfortable and slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return to this apartment if we were visiting Stresa again. Don't hesitate - just book.

We liked everything apart from having to leave!

The appartment is super well located and well designed/furnished with everything needed for a nice stay. Chocolate and water at arrival provided by the host as a welcome gift. Communication with Chiara super easy.

A bit noisy when windows are open and no air conditioning which was kind of difficult during the night given the high temperature.

Absoulte greate value for money and very friendly host. The apparement is in a great shape everything looks very new. The appartement is close to the center and has some free parking spots infront of the building.
