"Very good"

Very nice and comfortable apartment, great location. There is everything you need. Clean surrounding area.

But the pool in the hotel complex needs better care ( water is not very clean), sauna was not hot. Hamam is excellent!

Very good localisation for exploring Pirin and Rila mountains. Beautiful nature all around. Lots of attractions at place. Close to the shops and places one can buy all the goods needed. Possibility of having breakfasts and luchnes/dinners at place.

The whole resort should work on waste segregation/recycling system.

Nice apartment, very clean, the kitchen was equipped with all accessories. The owners were in constant contact with us and almost immediately helped us to solve some small things (like turning on the heater, tv,..etc. We felt like we were at home.
