In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours), please inform the residence reception, whose contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You may also indicate this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as optional services after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (maximum 1 per accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day or €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. For group bookings (from 5 accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is possible up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us for more information. A photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in. A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival (pre-authorization), and released after the stay, provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition (subject to satisfactory inspection).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
