The apartment is located in the very center of Arma di Taggia, next to the main square where every evening there is some show / concert. Due to the concerts it can be really loud, but the windows are providing very good sound insulation so loudness is not a big problem. Downstairs there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach begins only 30-40 meters away. Probably the best possible location in Arma di Taggia. There are 2 OK size rooms + spacious hallway, so it is quite comfortable for a family of 4. Sanremo is only 10-15 mins by car.

Its a bit hard to access it by car, as the streets leading to the building entrance are pedestrian, except between 8:00 - 11:00 in the morning when you can drive near the building entrance. We arrived at around 23:00 and had a little hard time to move luggage in. Apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, which made moving the luggage in and out even tougher. Little research is needed upfront where to park in case coming by car. There are a lot of cars in the town and a lot of options where to park. The balcony view is really nice but very small, having AC occupying half of the space does not help. Also the bathroom shower is very tiny, but managable.
