"Family was great, location was great, bed comfy, I had to clean upon arrival"

The code was changed on me upon arrival so I didn’t an hour trying to get in until the property manager called me with a new code. Who was quite rude.

I was told I was a liar by the property manager when I Sent photos of a used shower with dirty rag hanging from it, dishes with food on it and food on the walls, dirty linen. He called me a liar quite a few times and o do have the messages. I wasn’t even asking for a discount I just wanted some accountability and was met with utter disregard and name called.
