Nice friendly host, great location, close to the sea, you can quickly get to the city by bus.

The only wish is to change the chairs inside the house, they are too uncomfortable

it's a nice place to stay, there is plenty of space for a family of 5, consider this place as a base for sightseeing Istra or even driving to Italy/Tries
