Studio apartman Bulesic

The Host, Jovanka was really lovely, friendly and helpful although nether of us could speak the other's language (thank you Google Translate). I was only there for one night but the location is ideal - less than 5 minutes walk from the bus and Train stations and in the old part of town. The kitchenette was also very well equipped for longer stays.

Everything for me, was perfect.

Amazing. Perfect room with kitchen en-suite and everything u need! Short walk from lovely beaches! The host is the most lovely lady who brought us coffee watermelon and biscuits when we arrived and even had two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge! Aircon in room too. We were really sad to leave a lovely warm studio apartment

Everything was perfect

This place was such a lovely stay! On arrival we were greeted by the most lovely lady and the most delicious watermelon!! The room was fully equipped with a kitchen and comfy beds. Great private bathroom with lovely shower! Good location from the bus stop about 5 minutes. Round the corner was a delicious noodle place that I definitely recommend. Our stay was so lovely we extended our stay another night!!!

A beautiful self contained studio apartment within the host's house. The host is so friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate me. The shower is great, and the bathroom, and coffee and coffee maker were provided. Close to the train station and the coach station for intercity buses. The TV worked well, the internet is good, and the bed is so comfortable. It was beautifully clean and at the end of May I didn't use the air conditioning, just had the windows open. There are louvred shutters for a cool breeze, daytime shade and darkness at night. There is a small Studenac supermarket round the corner, and a good Asian fast food place a few minutes away.

It's not in the fanciest location in Rijeka, which is a port and industrial city as well as having some beautiful streets and beaches, so it's a bit of a walk to restaurants, the bus station for local buses, and the beaches. There is a market in the courtyard on Sunday mornings which sets up from 5 am, so if you sleep with the window open be prepared for noise. It's on the third floor of an old building without a lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up.
