Had a great stay here in Tipton, the house was spotless, I really enjoyed the accommodation. The host was friendly and answered any questions I had very quickly.

Neat and tidy. Decent sized rooms. Good facilities. Nice decor and furnishings. No issues with heating or hot water. Lovely garden. Lots of small mirrors which helps in getting ready. Spacious built-in wardrobes.

There were 8 of us travelling from London for an event. The ad is VERY misleading, I feel like I got ripped off! It's advertised as suitable for 8 people but it's actually suitable for only 6 because there are 6 single beds. The sofabed is not comfortable and not suitable to use. The sofa had a mild stink of pets and cigarettes. I had to sleep on the floor using a baby pad for the whole duration of the trip because there were no more beds. Didn't get any sleep. Bedding and sheets were dirty and of low quality. The shower holder in the top floor bathroom was already wobbly before we starting using it. The front door paving slabs are broken and quite dangerous to walk through. Free parking was a bonus but outside the house, there's no driveway or a ramp so I had to drive my car onto the pavement. Nearly damaged my tyres.

The bedroom sizes are good, the top floor room is nice.

The general cleanliness, no designated parking as advertised, the house is on a loud main road, my daughter and I have bed bug bites

I like the place , I like the location .The house had everything .
