Anna was fantastic in communicating with us prior to our arrival. The apartment was beautiful & spacious and stocked with everything we needed.

Lovely Anna met us on our arrival to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. She was very welcoming and helpful as other reviewers have said, talked us through how everything worked, gave us advice on places to eat and marked some highlights out on a city map for us. We had her number for any questions or advice during our trip, which was great for navigating the buses and general help. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment and Anna as a host - thanks again for everything!

Not a complaint, just an observation - the apartment is lovely and spacious, however there is currently only air conditioning in the bedroom, which meant we didn't make proper use of the living area - possibly a decent plug-in fan for using in there would be a great addition to a fantastic rental apartment.

Comfortable and very clean with lovely touches and decor . Kitchen well equiped. Anna is very attentive and met us at the site .

Parking was on street was sometimes hard to get parking but bonus it was free .

The host Anna was incredibly nice y habla espanol. She was at the property within 15 mins to help us get in and then soent another 20 minutes helping us with all of our tourist questions. She was very sweet.

Parking is okay on the street but you might have to park a block away. No big deal but for those that can't do that you should know.

The host, Anna. There was nothing she wouldn’t do to look after you. My medication was stolen before getting there so she took me to her pharmacist to replace it. Showed us which were good restaurants and even organised a taxi for us when we vacated. Large apartment with large comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend.

I have rated this place highly because it deserves it. Anna was helpful from the outset - took us through everything we needed to know about the apartment and gave us lots of advice about Verona and surrounds. It is a modern, clean and comfortable place. We walked everywhere but there is a bus around corner.

Anna is a very nice and kind person. She knows very well Verona. She gives perfect advices to parking and eating in Verona! The appartment is cosy, very comfortable and very well equipped and clean.

Everything was perfect!
