Great apartment, right in the city but also very quiet at night. Had everything you need for a short stay. Would stay again!

Room was very good and location was fantastic and quiet. Very safe with the locking entrance doors. Very jealous of the electric blinds we want some at our own house. Very new, up to date and modern apartment Fantastic restaurants less than 30m from front door. Would stay here again……

Information packs would be fantastic….. if you have a short time a map is very helpful to get started and there were 3 restaurants very close that were fantastic…. Would be great to say this to future guests. It is really appreciated by guests that are new to your city for some information to help them out. We had a few problems with shower running hot and cold, toilet seat not on properly and lights not working and hairdryer faulty and shower leaking…. I think you need more of a check before handing over to customers… I know the turn around time between people is tight….but you did said you would be sorting these things out… Owners did say sorry and wanted to sort out the problems straight away…… so good response from you, we choose to let them sort it out at the end of our stay….. new hair dryer was left outside our door within a couple of hours Apart from these few little problems we would stay here again….

Great location and spacious

Small things kitchen area very small. Limited facilities for apartment to cook etc if needed.

Very clean and large. Great location.

Beds were uncomfortable and some small things such as the shower were a bit damaged and old.

Valentina and her team were incredibly helpful and friendly. They personally met us at the property to explain the door lock system and show us around the flat. The apartment itself was perfect, well-equipped and excellently located.

The air con controller didn’t work

Really happy with the stay, it had everything we expected. The communication was great and they were very responsive. Excellent location! In the center, but still quiet.

What a superb check in process! Finding the property can be a little tricky but we were met at the taxi drop off point and taken to the apartment and shown how everything works and was given local tips on places to see and recommendations for dining etc - very helpful!!! Even arranging the taxi for pick was arranged by our host - just wonderful service! The apartment was great - enough space in the lounge / dining area to chill comfortable, the kitchen was well enough equipped for us to cook (breakfast and a dinner). The bed itself was really comfortable and the entire property was clean and well laid out - great spot and situated in a quiet cul de sac that's close enough to the main square and just 2 blocks from the river. Couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but we weren't there to watch TV so really no big deal.

Host Gian was very welcoming and helpful.
