"I think, one the best accommodations one can find in Tivoli at an affordable rate."

Lara was very accommodating. She made sure I was able to locate the guest house easily. She tried to provide me with extra facilities I needed and gave me recommendations on where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. On my way back to Rome, I also got a free ride to the bus station.

Like most hotels or hotel apartments in Italy, there's no English channel on TV. I didn't bring my iPad so I couldn't watch any movie or tv series in my room.

"Cute and cozy room in a great location"

Great location near attractions, train station, Tivoli center. Host was wonderful and had someone there to greet me and show me to the room. Even had a cozy electric fireplace heater as it was a little rainy, chilly when I arrived.

The host Laura was super friendly and helpful with directions since GPS failed us on final destination. She also gave us a pass that offered a small percentage to local restaurants that she recommended.

Wifi did not work with multiple passwords. Bathroom was tiny with the toilette and shower being a 2 in 1 situation.

There were some issues with the room but Lara was a super friendly host who tried to help me with everything. She also gave me recommendations for what to do in Tivoli. The location is very central and the value for money was very good. It's a pretty room in a historical building. The bed had a decent foam mattress with pillows on the harder side.

When I arrived the room stank of chlorine so I left the windows open for the rest of the day to get rid of the smell. The biggest issue was that the wifi signal could not reach my room. Lara tried to help by giving me her personal wifi password but that wasn't really working either, so my best option was to use the spotty mobile data. My street view room was very noisy throughout the night as there are multiple bars and restaurants on the same street. There was also plenty of noise coming from the stairwell through the badly insulated door. Unfortunately after the stay Lara asked me to leave a perfect score in exchange for a future discount which is not very honest behaviour.
