Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. Owner was rude. App didn’t work and I couldn’t go in until 3 pm but was there at 1 pm and owner knew it. Asked me to clean apartment!!!!!

Location is excellent - right next to the main Plaza de Zocodover in Toledo. Lots of eateries around and the cathedral and Alcazar are within walking distance.

Cannot park close to the apartment if you have luggage. So you'll need drag your luggage a good 100-200 meters. Also, our apartment was on the 2nd floor and it had no elevator - so be aware.

The location was excellent and apart from a little noise from neighbouring apartments was silent.

It requires some maintenance - a drawer in the bedroom was broken and there were lights not working. It is very small with little room for food preparation or luggage storage. It could do with more of the basics such as a plug for the kitchen sink, a tea towel and a kettle.

Honestly everything. It was clean and comfortable on top of being close to everything. Well worth it .

Nothing . Some might say the stairs are brutal but I enjoy the steps

I liked a lot the position, very central in the old city. The apartment was very clean and all went smooth, everything was working well and the check-in and checkout contact less process went perfectly

It was all fine, maybe it could be a bit small for a couple if you intend to live it a bit, but for me was perfect as I just stayed for shower and night time

Carrying luggages up the stairs. Shower room was too small. Difficult to shower.
