El alojamiento cumplía con las fotos, amplio, buenas vistas, ubicación excelente…

Que el propietario no me ha contestado a ninguno de los mensajes que le he enviado. Que dice que no pone que hay ascensor porque es montacargas y casi nunca funciona y contesta a dos preguntas sobre ello como que sí que hay ascensor. No nos ha explicado cómo funciona la calefacción, por la mañana antes de irnos la casa estaba fría y no había opción de encenderla.

Lo único bueno del alojamiento fue la ubicación

Nada más llegar, nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor. La puerta del edificio no cerraba, por lo que estuvo abierta toda la noche. No había luz en las zonas comunes del bloque. No se veía ningún canal de televisión y no había toallas para todos los huéspedes que íbamos .
