Największym atutem dla nas była lokalizacja - bliskość terenów zielonych do spacerowania oraz odległość 10 minutowego spacerku od starówki. Apartament świetnie urządzony, posiadający wszystko co niezbędne, o nic nie musieliśmy się martwić.

Dla bardzo wrażliwych tramwaj jest tuż pod kamienicą, ale nam nie przeszkadzał, nie było go zbytnio słychać.
