Everything was perfect, location, decoration, amability of owner, comfort of bed.

The location is amazing. The room is spacious, perfect for a couple. Gordan is very friendly! You can also get free parking (ask in advance).

Nothing, it was a lovely stay.

Location was ideal and was met at the door by the host which really helped and kept in contact at all times on the day when we were delayed Had an electrical problem due to the storm that was sorted with no fuss

Two sets of stairs going up the apartment were steep due to the age of the building which had to be taken with caution Downstairs was a bit too dark for us but again that was due to its age

We arrived at the apartment at 6.00pm as we told the host before and called them for instructions on how to get the keys /check-in... They didn't speak good English and we could barely understand what they were saying.. About half an hour later a woman arrived and told as they gave the apartment we booked for 4 adults (apartment Tragurium) to someone else by mistake... She spend a lot of time making phone calls. The time was already 7.30pm and we only had one night in Trogir and didn't want to miss our chance to see the old town. As we didn't want to lose more time we asked if they have any other room they can let us for the night and at the end they gave us a very basic small studio with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and they wanted to charge us the price for 4 people. We didn't accept paying for 4 people as the room could barely fit 3 people and paid their full price for 3 people. We even had to share 3 pillows between the 4 of us. They didn't even offer us a discount for their mistake when we asked for a better price.. They wanted us to pay in cash and didn't gave us any receipt even if we asked for it... After that our night was already destroyed and couldn't enjoy the rest of our one night stay in Trogir..
