Apartman se nalazi na izvrsnoj lokaciji u gradu, što je svakako velika prednost – sve je lako dostupno i nadohvat ruke. Domaćin je bio iznimno susretljiv i ljubazan, što je dodatno doprinijelo pozitivnom dojmu tijekom boravka.

Ipak, postoji nekoliko stvari koje bi trebalo unaprijediti. Apartman nema klasične rolete ni žaluzine, već samo tanke papirnate bijele „roletice“, zbog čega je prostorija tijekom noći izrazito osvijetljena – pogotovo zato što je ulično svjetlo smješteno odmah uz prozor. Madrac je bio vrlo tvrd, a krevet bi svakako trebalo učvrstiti. Kupaonica je zastarjela i potrebna joj je temeljita adaptacija.
