Excellent location with a warm welcome. Dishwasher with tabs and all goodies at our disposal exceeded our expectations. Free parking is possible if you're not afraid of walking 300m - but all this after unloading luggages right at the front door so no need to carry them from far away.

Road construction nearby which made approach somewhat complicated but that's temporary.

Unbeatable Excellent Location! We were given the 1st floor, no luggage up any stairs to climb. Luggage can be unloaded at its doorstep. Car park is within 10min walking distance. And it is at the edge of Rovinj old town. Everything is within walking distance. Secondly, Andrea is an excellent host. Prompt to questions and really helpful. He even waited for us until 8pm, showed me where we can park our car and even paid for our parking for our stay. The apartment is old but really spacious and almost everything you need. Including a washing machine!

The beds. They were really hard. And the double bed was not using a queen bed but 2 singles combined. There is hardly any Sun to sun the clothes due to the direction of the windows, and lack of balcony. But a really small matter.

Excellent location, great hosts, exceptionally clean apartment. We look forward to coming back again.

nice apartment about a 4 minute walk to the old city. the owner took us to the inexpensive car park. it had two bathrooms which was wonderful.
