We had a great experience, it's very cosy and perfectly clean, locatwd in the city center, the owners are very nice and gave us great recommendations. Big bonus, the downstairs bakery is delicious.

The property is well equipped at a great location.

This is an ideal place for warm weather stay. Like most places un the coast it does not have dedicated heating system and it’s heated through the air conditioning unit which is only barely adequate.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Rovinj. Has everything you need and well decorated. Above the owners bakery which is nice too.

location was great and the room/studio had everything for a couple to spend a day inside

parking is not at the residence nor owned by them, as implied; the sounds from the pastry shop below or somewhere around (machines) get loud and annoying, especially in the morning, also the studio is just above a narrow and busy street so constant sounds and little light enter the room

The location is very good, you can walk by foot to any location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was noise from the outside and from the building.
