"Perfect for what we needed ."

Location . Restaurants within walking distance bar and entertainment within walking distance . Parking right at the unit . Water view

Unit is dated , musty / mold smell . The dehumidifier took care of this for the most part . It is a very humid location , so the musty smell is expected when the unit isn’t rented 24/7

A wonderful quaint Studio..Matmybe could use a bit of soft touches ..But otherwise a nice stay.. Air conditioning in these studios I find less than perfect. performance... Thank uiu

Air conditioning is just not a good for.. and no TV service..
