Asteri Garden & Terrace Apartment

It was clean.

For a 3 nights staying for 3 people, 2 toilet paper rolls were not enough. The TV’s wi fi didn’t work. The living room beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed sheets/pillows/duvet were a bit dirty. We were asked to wash the dishes in the check out message. I don’t think you should be asked to wash 2-3 dished you used if you’re paying for the service - does this mean that the dishes are not washed by a cleaner and only by the tenants?

The location is great for families as they have a small garden with a trampoline where my kid enjoyed playing and he also discovered a lit of toys which kept him busy ☺️The apartment is cozy and welcoming, perfect for our stay.

Although they say in the description that the coffee is from the house, the machine was empty and I couldn’t enjoy my morning coffee. Using the digital locker is a bit harder but once you get the trick is ok ☺️. The apartment could have been better cleaned but we fix it because there was a vacuum too. A minus is that I couldn’t find any new trash sacks so I had to improvise.

Great apartment with a lot of space and amenities.

You have to pay attention to the location as it is quite far from the city center.

The apartment is nicely furnished, has a comfortable bed and the kitchen with all the facilities.

The check in procedure was a little bit complicated. Overall the communication was poor, starting with the information about the parking lot and ending with how the host showed little interest to the fact that we don't have a working tv in the living room, knor was she interesed if everything works (the coffemaker was very dirty and we had to clean it, and still it was only giving out more dirty water than actual coffee). No hand soap at the bathroom.
