Vila Município, "Urban Chic", Sintra

New purpose-built serviced accommodation property in the centre of Sintra, across the street from the city hall. Short walk to train station and to old town. It has everything that a family needs. We really appreciate all the help from the hosts. Perfectly decorated and designed to use every last cubic inch of space. There was a mezzanine with bedroom for parents, the access stairs and the railings were safe, functional kitchen. The taverna owned by the hosts is adjacent to the property and serves excellent food at reasonable prices in the modern space with great vibe. Multi generational family business that employs the family and some local help. I am not sure if I was more impressed by the accommodation or by the family that designed it, built it and are now operating it. Such a rare thing in this anonymous corporate world.

Fräsch och vackert inredd lägenhet med perfekt läge nära stationen.

Saknar krokar i hallen och badrummet. Lägenheten var lite fuktig. Vi tvättade kläder och det var svårt att få dem att torka inne, kunde inte hänga dem ute pga dåligt väder..

Localização central, limpeza e conforto

内部装修比较新，干净整洁。

制暧较差，性价比也很低。好在房主在尽量协助解决问题。

We appreciated everything! The excellent location. The cleanliness & furnishings. Communication with the host that was thorough & proactive. The extras- wine, pastries & especially the heaters & umberellas given the poor weather during our stay. We didn't properly use the kitchen facilities so I can't really comment on them, though they seemed fine. We also enjoyed the recommended next door taverna: tasty food, friendly service & great value. It was useful to be able to consider leaving our luggage here while the apartment was being prepared (we didn't actually need to do this in the end). We also really enjoyed the recommended nearby restaurant, Incomum, where we ate three times. There is also good outdoor space at the apartment, though we were unable to make use of this. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vila Municipo & would be very happy to return at a warmer, sunnier time!

The location was great right near the train station. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with every need for your stay. The personal touches are great and we were met by the Hosts mother which added a personal touch. The Host provides a very comprehensive E Book which is so helpful. A great place to stay in Sintra 🙏
