The owner is very helpful and friendly, the house is big, clean and comfortable.

It is not located in the heart of the center but close enough. Smoking inside is not allowed. There's only one double bed instead of 2 which is mentioned in the information, so not the best for couples.

-Bright enough -Location 10 min walking from the city center -Enough clean towels -Dedicated parking space (for mid sized car is perfect) -The owner has reached very quickly for check in. - Wi-Fi perfect -TV has large choice of channels

-Bad smell on cigarettes!!! I recommend only for smokers!!! -Pay attention, the owner has more than one apartment in the building.We booked the 2 bedroom apartment, but he insisted that we stay in the 1 bedroom apartment, saying that he has no electricity in the 2 bedroom apartment. -View from the windows is actually a semi-destroyed wall of neighbor house. The apartment is on the ground floor, 5 meters from this wall. -Mattresses are not comfortable. -We were in April and were unable to heat the apartment with the only one A/C unit. Heading in the bathroom was inoperable. Outside temp dropped to 6°C during the night. -Very basic furniture, in the living room - there are 2 beds that are playing the role of sofa. Good as beds, but not a sofa. - the hot water boiler delivers hot water enough for 2, maximum 2,5 people under the shower (with 3-5minutes shower time each), than you have to wait 30-40 minutes to get hot water again. Boiler leaks over the washing machine. -payment only in cash -During the quieter hours in the night, some neighbor noise and you hear every usage of the toilets in upper floor apartments, as the sewage is not soundproof.
