"Bad experience!"

Spacious and had many rooms

The apartment was poorly maintained. The toilet bowls were rusty, seat was stained badly. Ants crawled into my bag full of food. Bed and pillows were hard. One of the lift was broken down and we had difficulty with the access card, it wasn't working all the time. The apartment was next to a construction site and was noisy. Overall, not worth for the price that we paid for!

The decor and furnishing were nice although it did not appeal to the younger generations. parking was easy and ample.

facilities to the clubhouse were not permitted. although the block's swimming pool was permitted and it was clean and well maintained.
