Location is great and looked like the photos. The washer was appreciated. Hosts were very responsive, clear, and helped coordinate rides to and from the airport which was SO helpful. Price was great.

Beds were not comfortable and only 2 of the 3 AC units worked. Fan provided was broken.

Beautiful, big apartment and great location

Shower got a curtain which it’s not on the right shape and the toilet get completely overflowing. On the bath as well goes water everywhere. Amazing apartment but the showers I didn’t get why is like that and hasn’t done the cheap fix yet

Property was clean and location was very good.

To start with there wasn’t enough of hot water for 4 adults to shower at the same time. In the bathroom with the shower , there was a shower curtain which wasn’t in the shape of the shower cubicle, so bathroom became a wet room without the mob and a bucket to clean it up with. We managed to make temporary improvements to the shower curtain and left for the landlord to take note. Shower fitting also need replacing. The only air con working properly was in an en suite bedroom. One of the bed in another bedroom was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. There was only one set of towels per person. There were only 3 mugs ( this is apartment for 6 people) which two of those had cracks in them , so we couldn’t use them. There was a dirty sponge left on the sink I presume to do washing up. Door and drawers on Dishwasher also need some attention. Washing machine was out of use, which we were not told prior arrival. There was enough toilet paper left , which was a bonus. The lock on the door to the apartment was very hit and miss , so in need of some attention. Kitchen definitely needs to be sorted out and so are bathing facilities. If the Landlord will implement those standards upgrades, he will have a winner! P.S. Also I strongly didn’t agree with a deposit for damages to be taken out of my bank account. This was over £300. Payment was authorised to be held, but not to be taken out prior to our holiday. It was returned in timely manner, but this shouldn’t be the allowed practice.
