Spacious Seafront APT next to Sliema-Valeta ferry

Die sehr gute Lage nahe zur Fähre nach La Valetta.

Waschbecken im Bad schmutzig, Wasser im Waschbecken rinnt nicht ab, kein Toilettenpapier bei der Anreise vorhanden. Keine Seife vorhanden, Trotz Reklamation am Tag der Anreise keinerlei Reaktion seitens der Unterkunftsgeberin.

The property had an amazing view of Malta. It was situated in the perfect location. You had ease of navigation to all types of attractions, public transport, restaurants and tours.

The apartment was not made to feel welcome to visitors from overseas, that do not live in Europe!! The current information booklet is out of date and needs to be upgraded. Information on how to use the washing machine. Put a sticker on the switch that controls the hot water,DO NOT TOUCH! Find a place closer to the apartment where guests can store their luggage, prior to 3.00. We found that we had to contact the owner on a couple of occasions to find out things that were missing or not working. When you have been on a long flight and you’re tired, to have some essentials visible when you walk in. Eg: A cold bottle of water and maybe some fresh milk in the fridge, some small sachets of tea and coffee would not go astray and it would make the guests feel more welcome.

Все не справне , вода в ванні і умивальнику не стікає, пральна машина в середині стоїть вода , дуже смердить, кавомашина поламана,кондиціонер дуже шумить

Very good apartment , with an incredible view, super comfortable beds, the kitchen full equipment, the showers everything was perfect . Really nice and beautiful apartment

Appartement avec vue magnifique sur La Valette et le port.

Il n’y a véritablement que 2 chambres. Les 2 autres personnes doivent dormir sur le canapé cassé du salon. Pas de Clim dans la 3ème pièce avec un seul lit une place (dressing?) Les lits 1 place de la 1ere chambre sont bien fatigués. La vaisselle a dû être relavée en totalité par nos soins Le frigo sera à vérifier, très peu de froid. Beaucoup de poussière dans l’appartement Le ballon d’eau chaude est insuffisant pour 6

The location is terrific (we knew the area as we've been to Malta a few times)

The property is advertised as airconditioned. The unit in the lounge/dining area was not working. It took 3 working days (plus a weekend) for someone to come to confirm a technician would be there in a further 24 hours. We were then told it was not repairable. There was no offer of compensation. Also, only 2 of the 3 bedrooms were airconditioned; that was not made clear in the advertisement.

View and proximity to ferries.

* Ac remotes had flat batteries * Towels smell musty- old and thin disgusting * Bathroom door sticks on tiles, difficult to close * Shower rose broken. A cable tie has been attached to try to keep it up. * One towel rail * Fire hazard- no escape no smoke alarms * No bed lamps * Bedroom windows open to filthy voids * Only one of three ceiling lights in both bedrooms work. Bulbs not replaced. * Bedding linen cheap * Filthy old couches badly stained. Sofa bed must be broken as uncomfortable to sit on. * Kitchen sink plug doesn’t work * Toaster doesn’t work * Main bedroom en-suite shower does not drain properly needs clearing! En-suite has a folding door which is extremely loud to open and shut.
