A Casa di Emanuela é um primor: muito organizada, decorada, limpa e o proprietário Cláudio que nos atendeu foi muito atencioso e simpático. A localização é ótima (dentro do centro histórico), mas tambem bem próxima do estacionamento.

Ottima posizione, spazi ampi che ci hanno consentito di sfruttare la casa visto che non siamo stati fortunati con il tempo, cucina molto bene attrezzata. Claudio è stato estremamente disponibile e ci ha dato buone indicazioni e consigli.

A beautiful, very much loved and cared for apartment in the ancient palazzo - just a dreamy location. Claudio was expremely welcoming and helpful. Pretty close to the free parking ouside the city walls.

"Apart from the cold , we really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment."

Claudio the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Meeting us there and taking us to the free parking area . He explained everything about the apartment and the area in detail . The apartment is spacious and in a great location in the Main Street .

Unfortunately, due to the Italian law about heating not being permitted until November, we were really cold The temperature outside did drop considerably the second day we were there which didn’t help either . Fortunately though , the bedding was warm . Maybe a rug on the floor might help 🤷‍♀️

"Absolutely wonderful stay in Spello!"

WONFERFUL host that gave us a tour of the apartment, answered any questions. He even walked with us to show us where to park for no fee. Such great place to stay, walkable to most everything. My husband wants to buy the property!
