Nulla tutto perfetto

Piccolo gioiello completo di tutto, comodissimo per visitare l'Umbria e Brigitte una persona eccezionale, cordiale e disponibile. Se dovessimo passare ancora per l' Umbria ci torneremo sicuramente.

Hét gondtalan, csodálatos napot töltöttünk ebben a gyönyörűen felújított apartmanban. A szállás minden részletében ízlésesen kialakított, kifogástalanul tiszta, a hangulata pedig meleg, csendes és barátságos. A nyugalom oázisa. Tökéletes választás azok számára, akik pihenésre és szépségre vágynak Olaszország egyik legkedvesebb falujában Spellóban. Mindent imádtunk ebben a házban és minden rendelkezésünkre állt amire csak szükségünk volt. Brigitte a háziasszony figyelmes, segítőkész, és mindig készen állt arra, hogy az itt tartózkodásunkat a lehető legkellemesebbé tegye. Aprólékos odafigyelése valóban egyedülálló. Rengeteg jó tanáccsal látott el minket. Kiváló hely Assisi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Trevi, Montefalco és a környező területek meglátogatásához. A környék nagyon csendes, nyugalmas. A főbb utak könnyen elérhető autóval. Saját ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre a bejárattól néhány lépésre. Spello gyalog is csak 10-15 percre van a háztól. Bizalommal állíthatom, hogy ez az egyik legjobb hely, ahol valaha megszálltunk. NAGYON AJÁNLOTT!!! Laura és János (Magyarország)

Super accueil de Brigitte avec pleins de petites attentions (huile d'olive, graines de fleurs de sa région...) Elle nous a conseillé de petits villages magnifiques que nous ne connaissions pas. Sa petite maison est cosy. On s'y sent bien accueilli, à l'aise, ça pourrait être chez nous. De tout les b&b que nous avons fait dans notre voyage en Italie, c'est le seul où nous avons pu laver et surtout faire sécher correctement notre linge. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. De passage dans la région, ne pas hésiter

un point négatif? c'est le lit du canapé qui grinçait et qui était fin mais c'était pas trop gênant. Après tout, c'est un lit d'appoint, pas le vrai lit. Et pour un enfant, ça va très bien.

Bardzo ładne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Umbrii. Wnętrze klimatyczne, z antykami, obrazami. Wszędzie czysto. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. W pomieszczeniach zainstalowana klimatyzacja. Właścicielka Brygitte miła i troskliwa. A pobliskie Spello to urocze miasteczko pełne kwiatów.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile nel cuore dell’Umbria Ho trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi a Spello in una vecchia stalla splendidamente trasformata in abitazione. L’ambiente è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa: ogni dettaglio era curato con gusto e attenzione, la pulizia impeccabile e l’atmosfera calda e accogliente. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto il fascino rustico originale, integrandolo con tutti i comfort moderni. Il risultato è un perfetto equilibrio tra autenticità e comodità. Lo staff è stato di altissimo livello: presenti, disponibili e sempre pronti a rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, senza mai essere invadenti. Una piccola oasi di pace, perfetta per chi cerca relax e bellezza in uno dei borghi più affascinanti d’Italia. Ci tornerei senza esitazione!

The apartment was very clean, charming and comfortable. Brigitte was a very friendly and most helpful host. We had a fabulous stay in Spello.

The only shortcoming for some (certainly not us) is that it is a 10-15 minute walk into Spello.

We really liked our stay. Spacious and modern. It was nice to have a kitchen to make own meal and the ability to do some laundry. The area has so much to see. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here again.

Not a big problem but the hot water runs out fast, after about 4 minutes, so we took short showers.

Apartment was clean, well decorated, comfortable and quiet. Brigitte was a wonderful host and accomadating. There was a good selection of breakfast food, coffee and regional cookies for us. If in the area again we would definitely stay there again.

It's a bit of a walk into the center, but only 4 minutes by car.
