"A quiet space to explore Spello, Assisi and beyond..."

Quiet location, 10 minutes walk from historic Spello.

Not having a car was a disadvantage at times...but that was a decision we made beforehand. The train station is about 10 minute walk away.

Nice two level apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Great host, very helpful. Location is within a short driving distance from Spello old city center.

"An exceptional host"

The owner, Monica, did everything she could for us to ensure a pleasant stay. She has thought of and provides for every need of her guests, including comfortable beds, screens on all the windows and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed/sitting rooms are spacious. The decor is whimsical.

The kitchen is quite small. The stairs are a challenge for anyone with limited mobility.
