Közvetlenül a Tisza parton van. Csendes,mégis a városközpontban. A Dóm kb 2 perc gyalog. Sok a vendéglő,kávézó. Ár arány értékben kiváló,ha Szegeden járunk legközelebb ide fogok foglalni. 10/10.

Parkolás nehézkes volt,de megoldható.
