Apartment Frankovici Stara Vala - Tinjan Istra

Zelo lep, prostoren apartma z vsemi potrebnimi pripomočki.

Good apartment in quiet inland Istria. Only a few houses nearby and mostly olive trees, fields and forest. The apartment is located in the same house as where the owner lives (apartment on ground floor, they are on first floor, separate entrances). The apartment was perfectly fine for 4 people and our dogs. We stayed for a week in the winter time and the airco was enough to keep the house heated.

The air suction above the stove was not working.

Fajne miejsce noclegowe do zwiedzania zachodniej części Istrii. Miejsce na uboczu. Dla kogoś kto traktuje miejsca jako bazę noclegową jest ok.

Klimatyzacja jest tylko w salonie i dość słabo działa. Nie ma klimatyzatorów w sypialniach. Przy temperaturach ok 30 stopni dla mnie nie da się spać. Więc na dłuższe pobyty nie polecam.

L'emplacement pas trop mal placé pour aller visiter différentes ville (POREC, PULA......)

Le manque de propreté, la vétusté de l'ameublement, pas de matériel pour faire un peu de menage, pelle, balai.....Uniquement 4 verres 4 couverts pas plus. Souci avec le chauffe-eau, le propriétaire était au courant mais a attendu que on en est besoin pour que l'on sache qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Le problème a été résolu le deuxième jour.

Nice calm place in the village. Very helpfull owner, got usefull recommendations.

A lot of mosquitos and other insects, it would be usefull mosquito net.

Apartment is run by a friendly family. It is fully furnished and has a lovely terrace and a garden. We liked the fact that it was located in a peaceful village Frankovici. We enjoyed our stay.

We only missed window nets as protection from insects:)
