Very nice apartment, everything ok.

There was no description of where the entrance to the building was.

Sehr professionelle Buchungabwicklung ab dem ersten Tag, alles hat tadellos funktioniert inklusive der fortschrittlichen Türöffnung per Handy. Der Gastgeber Mario war immer erreichbar und hilfreich mit benötigten Informationen. Die Wohnung (im 5. Stock mit) ist mit sehr hochwertigen Materialien gebaut (Marmor, Holzverkleidungen, Wandschränke etc.) und auch die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Küche top inklusive Nespresso und – auf Wunsch – hervorragende Weine und Bollicine verfügbar). Bäder sauber und hochwertig (guter Wasserstrahl, Shampoo, Duschgel und Body Lotion inkl). In jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV inkl. Prime, Netflix etc., zusätzlich ein Heimkino im Wohnzimmer, freies Wi-Fi. Die Lage direkt an der Piazza del Erbe ist hervorragend. Nächster Parkplatz zur Wohnung (maximal 2 Stunden) in 3 Minuten Fußentfernung. Parkplätze für die Nacht in einem Parkhaus verfügbar (21€), das ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: die Duschtür im Obergeschoss hat unten keine Dichtung, so dass Wasser austreten kann, wenn der Duschstrahl nicht zur Seite, sondern nach vorne gerichtet ist. Das Klopapier könnte etwas bessere Qualität beziehungsweise mehr Lagen haben 😜

Really unique space. Only wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect location, easy access to apartment, perfect comunication with the Host. Apartment equipped with high quality tools, generally - everything you want - you can find there (even vine fridge ;)). Breakfest - normal Italian at bottom bar (coffie - top of the top). Two badrooms with double bed and separet bathroom, one sleeping room with single bed. Really worth to be there 😀 location - more than good, 50m fro Julia place, few minutes walk from Arena. Strongly advise 👍

It’s spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location. Was immaculately clean and has the most wonderful balcony too!
