The apartment is super. Perfect location, walking distance to everywhere, the very quiet area of the city center. I like the decoration of the apartment, simple, clean, and you have everything you wanted, even the coffee cupsulas. The owner was very helpful and response very quick.

The airconditioner needed to be checked.

We liked the location, it is exceptional. the flat was nice and the facilities were good. This is a nice flat to stay in if you visit Verona, especially if it is not a hot summer.

The air conditioner. It was very hot and only one air conditioner in the flat. It was only in the kitchen but not in the living room or bedroom. It was way too hot staying there. Also there was a smell of fungus in the building. So if you are sensitive to that this is not your flat. Judging by the pictures we were probably in the least looking flat.

The property was exceptional and centrally located. Everything was within walking distance. The host left a binder with recommendations, which was quite helpful. There was a washer in the apartment, which makes it easy to keep clothes clean.

This isn't something I didn't like per se but an observation because I pay attention to the tiniest details. The shower needs to be deep cleaned to remove mildew. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location easy walking distance to all the sites in Verona, comfortable beds.

nothing it was perfect

Location is excellent, apartment was a good size with effective air-conditioning. Owner was responsive with our queries.

Bathroom (shower especially) is in need of modernisation. The whole apartment needs painting as obviously not been refreshed for a number of years. No wine glasses available and kitchen lights (2/3) needing new bulbs. We had a power failure and the apartment instruction book did not cover how to reset although owner did respond fairly quickly.
