Rio Fiol Apartment

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Verona's old town. Very friendly and helpful host and clear instructions about the building and the keys made check in super simple! We can certainly recommend it to fellow travellers and will be returning during our next trip to Verona.

Nothing to criticize, everything was perfect!

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé, prišla Daria, usmievavá, plná elánu, veľmi milá, otvorila nám ubytovanie, vysvetlila všetko a poukazovala nám apartmán. Apartmán bol priestranný, čistý, pekne vybavený, veľmi blízko centra, ale i napriek tomu tichá lokalita. Plus je malá terasa, na rannú kávičku :)

Sehr schön und zentral gelegenes Apatment - Veronas Altstadt kann gut zu Fuß oder weiter entfernte Ziele mit den vielen Bussen erkundet werden. Der Empfang durch Daria war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist gut für einen Citytripp. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen da und kommen gerne wieder!

It was very dusty and dirty floors . We cleaned the floors so that we can walk with our socks . We asked the staff to clean the dust on the wood surfaces on the wood beams etc. they did it

Erinomainen sijainti Veronan oopperaan oli kävelymatkaa 5 minuuttia! Palvelu oli erinomaista. Saimme heti tekstiviestin tai whatsup-viestin jälkeen vastauksen kysymyksiimme, tuli kahvia lisää, tuli lusikoita, haarukoita ja veitsiä lisää. Olotila oli erinomainen, keittiössä laitoimme ja söimme kerran lounaan ja pari kertaa iltapalan.

Portaikko ylös toisen kerroksen asuntoon oli kapea ja jyrkkä. Henkilökunta kantoi laukut ylös, mutta lähtiessämme he eivät ehtineet tulemaan. Olemme yli 70-vuotiaita naisia ja erityisesti yhden laukku oli iso ja painava. Sen jouduimme rämisyttämään alas portaita. Anteeksi jos joku kuuli.

Second bedroom like a corridor ,bathroom needs updating

Perfect location . Comfortable clean beds . Very secure.

Very hot in the second bedroom , the air con was good but didn't reach the bedroom, bathroom could do with a refurb .

Location was great.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, the floors in all rooms were covered in tiny ants. There was rarely any hot water in the shower.
