Il n’est pas assez précisé que l’appartement n’est pas accessible ni en voiture ni en taxi. Le système d’ouverture des porte était en panne. Il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois. Une fois monté les 2 étages ( pas d’ascenseur) , le système ne fonctionnait pas pour la porte. C’est nous même qui avons dû aller à la boutique pour chercher des clés physiques. Épuisant ! Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain. 4 pauvres capsules de café. Pas de thé. Pas de lait. Pas d’édulcorant. Pas d’indications pour trouver le code wifi, pour faire fonctionner la Clim.

Apartment Romeo gebucht, Code zum Öffnen trotz höflicher Anfrage erst kurz vor offizieller Check in Zeit erhalten, da angeblich noch nicht gereinigt. Bei Check in um 15.00 Uhr immer noch nicht gereinigt, war im Zustand des Check Outs der Vorgänger, Bettwäsche zerwühlt und gebraucht, Abfall voll, No-Go. Dies sofort moniert, führte dank Mitarbeiter Vincenzo zu Upgrade auf das zum Glück, aber natürlich zufällig, noch freie Apartment Julia (dies auch das schönere von beiden, leider mit leergeräumten Kaffeekapseln 😉).

Abitazione "GIULIETTA". Colazione? Solo il caffè, risulta un po' "scarsa". La posizione è invidiabile. Dalle finestre si "toccano", quasi con mano, le mura dell'anfiteatro.

La manutenzione dell'abitazione: 1) - un'anta del cucinino non chiude bene, struscia a terra, e, pertanto la luce del piccolo vano resta sempre accesa. 2) - l'idromassaggio della Jacuzzi non funziona. Deve essere "resettato".

Excellent location , fully renovated with modern electronics

The location couldn't be better, it is in the heart of the public square and in the center of the piazza. As we had tickets for the opera, it couldn't have been closer. The room is very nicely appointed and very clean. The host gave me great information for parking our car.

The directions in the booking.com app kept leading me to the heart statue, which isn't the hotel. I didn't know that it wasn't a traditional hotel, which made it harder to find as well. I walked around in circles for half an hour and no one I spoke to was able to help me find it. I also didn't get the message about the passports and code, so I had to download an app on the spot ( I never heard of this app) though it does work. But water under the bridge.

First, this property is so stunning! The design, decor, layout, linens, everything is beautifully and tastefully designed. The location is phenomenal! You can basically reach out your window and touch the Arena! We stayed in the Giulietta suite (top floor with the jacuzzi tub). There are only 2 apartments in the building, the Romeo is on the “first” floor and Giulietta on the top floor. It’s very private and feels safe. The spa tub is so fun and a great addition to the apartment. Once you’re in the apartment, it’s amazing and I would love to live there lol. But as a traveler with suitcases it’s tough with the stairs.

There are a LOTS of stairs to climb. To either apartment, it’s a lot of stairs. It’s doable don’t get me wrong (I’m 35 and my mum is 65 and we both managed). With suitcases is another story lol. Veryyyyyy taxing. Super important to know this for elderly people or people with mobility challenges. There is no early check in and no luggage storage. we arrived early on the train and had to pay to store our luggage somewhere else so we didn’t waste our only day in Verona. This would be something for the owners to consider being more accommodating in the future. There’s also no instruction booklet/welcome packet/any information about the apartment in the apartment. You have to ask for the info you need via WhatsApp (eg at 11pm I wanted to use the jacuzzi but couldn’t work it with no instructions). Thankfully they are very quick to respond, but providing this kind of info in the apartment or in an email prior would be great.

It is a very stylish and beautiful apartment right in the heart of Verona. Check-in was very well organised.
