Cozy!! Verona

We loved Cozy. Our host was a very considerate and funny person. We found a very clean room, perfectly air conditioned, free shampoo and soap. The possibility to use the kitchen and the balcony was extremely convenient. We enjoyed our morning coffees on the balcony in a very quiet neighborhood. The bus stop for the old city was directly opposite our building.

It is in a new neighbourhood and there is a bus stop just next to the building. The buses go to the train station and the city centre. There are supermarkets and shops around.The room was spacious with a private bathroom and a balcony. We could use a shared kitchen with all appliances.

Everything was good. We had a clean spacious room. The hotel has a washing machine and an iron, and we also had the benefit of a large kitchen. Nikola is a friendly and friendly host, we were glad to met him :)

There were some problems with the buses. Nikola helped us with the bus app. Everything was great on his part, public transport is a problem of the city, but be prepared for take a taxi in the evening.

Owner is very friendly and most items needed are available and usable. Parking space was available

Most items in apartment are old and needs replacement , also the batteries of parking keys were drained and needed manual opening.

The accommodation was really cozy, the host was nice.

What you can be sure of is that the owner of the hotel will do everything imaginable to help you at any time. We were in a situation where the transfer was an hour late and we didn't catch our bus. The owner was very helpful in bringing our things and waiting for us at the bus stop, so everything worked out well in the end. He is a great soul, which is often more important than the comfort of the room.
