Amazing location, great property and such a lovely town.

A smoker lives downstairs but it doesn’t affect the property at all.

The location is city center and just one block from Villa D'Este. Restaurants all around this location made it easy.

It is an amazing experience for the cheap price but good service. The host is friendly and kind.

Great location and close to key attractions

As noted in most reviews already unlocking the doors was a bit tricky at first until you figure out all the tricks.

Spacious and well furnished.

Stairs could be difficult if you had big suitcases. Stone stairs were a bit slippery when there had been rain.

Clean , comfortable. They had thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. Lovely touches like water, milk in the fridge. Toast and jam, so our overnight stay was perfect. Easy access and communication with the owner was easy . Just round the corner from villa d'Este.

Not much in the way of helpful assistance from the host upon arriving at the bus/train station. There were no taxis available although the host did give us a taxi number it did not work??and the host could not tell us of a bus we could get to the town square or Piazza, so we had to walk all the way carrying all the luggage, no fun at all. The host was not in Tivoli, but we politely suggest a working knowledge of which bus people can take from the train/bus station to the B&B or the Piazza would be helpful and as taxis apparently have to be booked in advance then an offer from the host to pre-book that for the guest, or at least offer to do so would have also been helpful. It was easier getting from Sorrento to Tivoli than from Tivoli to the B&B itself. Upon leaving the host did kindly pre-book us a taxi which was appreciated. A couple of hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful to hang our towels on. The recycling system being labelled in English would also help non-Italians to understand and use the correct bin. Also a 2nd baggage rack in each room because when you open a big suitcase it doesn't fit on just one rack and could break the suitcase when fully opened, so we used the side of the bed which we weren't each using instead, to avoid that happening.

The building was really old, but the apartment, furniture, finishing, bathrooms and kitchen was brand new and very clean. Good air-con and great location!!!!
