"Een goed gelegen, heel aantrekkelijk appartement"

Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond, ruim genoeg voor twee personen en een hond (geen meerprijs). Met rolluiken houd je de geluiden van buiten (best veel auto’s voor een smalle straat in een woonwijk) en de warmte (‘s zomers) tegen. De inrichting is heel eenvoudig, maar doeltreffend. Het bed was naar onze smaak wat hard, maar dat is persoonlijk. Woonverblijf en slaapkamer hebben een eigen airco. Het contact vooraf met Antonio verliep prima, mede dank zij Google Translate. Wij kregen veel info toegestuurd over Toledo en enkele parkeerplaatsen dichtbij. Antonio stond ons op de afgestemde tijd op te wachten en wees ons een veilige tijdelijke parkeerplek voor het uitladen van de bagage. Daarna reed hij voorop naar de door hem aanbevolen Indigo-parkeergarage (wij wilden de auto onder dak; kosten ruim eur 23 per 24 uur). Die garage ligt halverwege de roltrappen van het busstation naar boven, heel handig. Heb je weinig bagage zou ik meteen hier naartoe (of naar parkeerplaats Safont) rijden en dan de paar minuutjes lopen naar het appartement. In de buurt daarvan heeft alleen de Supermercado aan de Cl. Carrera iets van levensmiddelen. In het historische centrum zagen wij een veel beter gesorteerde Carrefour. Daar zijn ook de restaurants e.d.

We misten in de keuken wijnglazen en een kurkentrekker en in de slaapkamer een extra deken (het was fris in mei). Verder niets ook maar enigszins negatiefs te melden.
