Hacia mucho frío en el apartamento, el sistema de calefacción deficiente (tiene acumuladores de calor que no se pudieron usar porque saltó la luz por falta de potencia). Tuvimos que utilizar los aparatos de aire acondicionado que tienen los filtros sucios y no daban el suficiente calor. En el baño el olor a tuberías era nauseabundo y tuvimos que comprarnos una alcachofa para la ducha pues la que había no funcionaba. Las persianas están rotas y no se pueden subir y bajar, algunas se quedan a la mitad. Y no hay ni una cortina que te dé intimidad. En general, podría ser un buen apartamento con un mantenimiento adecuado pues está muy bien ubicado.

Great location and parking spot

the cleanliness was not sufficient and the overall maintenance of the house and equipment was poor. There was no proper heating, noticeable humidity, and the air conditioning units did not work properly.
