"Perfect for a self-catering family"

Very large, spacious and clean apartment. Brand new, stylish kitchen. Very good facilities (everything you can imagine, e.g. BBQ, vacuum cleaner, washing machine). Good location, probably 6 or 7 minutes walk from the seafront. Very friendly owner, who speaks many languages (English is a bit weaker).

No elevator (apartment on the top floor). Sound proofing not perfect (sometimes we could hear neighbours).
