Down Town Studio

Boravak je bio veoma prijatan. Stan je uredan, lokacija odlična, a parking obezbijeđen ispred zgrade. U blizini se nalaze pekare, marketi i apoteke, dok je do Velike plaže potrebno oko 10 minuta vožnje automobilom. Rado bismo ponovo odsjeli ovdje.

Ako bismo morali izdvojiti nešto kao manu, to bi bio četvrti sprat bez lifta. S druge strane, to je odličan način da se bez griže savjesti uživa u hrani s mora. 😄

Die Unterkunft ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist absolut top, zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Perfekt, um Ulcinj zu erkunden oder einfach zu entspannen. Man braucht nur 5. Minuten zum Strand und die Altstadt ist auch sehr nah. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr gepflegt und hochwertig.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished to make you feel right at home. What truly sets this place apart is the host — incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The value for money is outstanding — you get so much more than you'd expect for the price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality!

Clean, newly refurbished and comfortable apartment for the money. Nice, friendly owner - good instructions from him how to get there.

The location is not so good. Too far to walk into town and to the beach. Really terrible building and staircase. Looks like the building falls apart soon. It is not the owners fault, but it has to be mentioned. This is the reason we would not stay there again. No lift - the apartment is on the 4th floor.
