Where to start…? First of all the communication with the hostess (Elke). Before coming there it was horrible, coming there she said ‘I don’t care about your personal situation, please pay’. I’ll leave out the details why. Horrible person. Then the accommodation; mold on the bathroom ceiling of the shower room. Dust on all the wardrobes and cabinets, old kitchen with no dishwasher and broken cabinets, old bathrooms, everything in the apartment squeaked, from doorhandles to door, toilets, beds, sofas. It was dirty, sand in the kitchen (dust as mentioned before), rotting fruit under the bed?. The beds were the worst. The slatted base of all the beds kept falling out, also in the middle of the night. The mattresses are super thin. The blankets not long enough. The heat is on super high and no ability to turn lower. So hot at night to sleep. I would not recommend anyone staying in this very old apartment and I wish everyone a better host than Elke. Think twice.

The apartment is very conveniently located on the main road. The parking is right in front of the building. Places like Titisee is very nearby. The area is very quiet. The apartment is very spacious and there are 3 bed rooms of quite decent size. There were 2 full washroom and 1 additional toilet - which was very convenient for us since we were 6 people. There is a sitting area and a dinning area with the kitchen. There is a nice balcony as well. The host was quite nice and helpful

It might be a bit of a challenge if you are planning to travel only by public transport. There was an issue with the internet in one of the evenings, and there was no internet. The issue was fixed the next day morning. I think it would be more of a one-off case.
