Guesthouse Mila

Mila e Renato davvero premurosi e gentili, struttura super pulita e accogliente, siamo stati davvero benissimo .. consigliatissima

La casa era abbastanza centrale per quanto riguarda le spiagge e vicina a diversi supermercati, inoltre la zona é veramente molto tranquilla, anche di sera. Il parcheggio era sempre disponibile e gratuito e sicuro. La casa é molto attrezzata,pulita e abbastanza fresca, ideale per un soggiorno per due persone di una settimana (come il nostro). I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, ci hanno anche offerto un bicchiere di vino locale al nostro arrivo (li avevamo proprio affianco con la casa). Mila in particolare é una persona molto dolce. C’é anche la possibilità di poter noleggiare delle bici al costo di 2,50€ a persona al giorno, il che é molto comodo se si vogliono raggiungere le spiagge più vicine. Abbiamo dimenticato la spazzatura fuori al terrazzino un giorno e al nostro ritorno non l’abbiamo trovata perché Mila l’aveva raccolta per noi. Specifichiamo che, per chi fosse intenzionato a prenotare questo tipo di alloggio ed é fortemente allergico ai gatti, fuori al portico di fianco al nostro c’é il loro gatto, che però non si é mai avvicinato al nostro terrazzo (che noi abbiamo sfruttato tutti i giorni per mangiare fuori, perché si sta freschi)

Fuori il terrazzino si sentiva continuamente un odore strano, non di fogna ma non abbiamo mai capito cosa fosse. Presumiamo sia l’albero di kiwi fuori il giardino. Purtroppo la porta di entrata era sprovvista di zanzariera (sulle finestre c’é invece), il che permetteva a moltissimi insetti (moscerini e qualche zanzara) di entrare e arrivare in particolare al bagno. Il bagno é sprovvisto di finestra, il che lo rende chiuso.

Затишна та чиста квартира, не далеко від центра. Також є паркування поруч з будинком. Привітні господарі. З радістю повернемося ще.

Staying at guesthouse Mila was an exceptional experience. Both because of the kindness of the hosts, and because of the exceptional cleanliness and neatness. The apartment is very close to the city center, and in the immediate vicinity there are several large markets, cafes, restaurants and other important contents that would be needed during your stay. I wish the wonderful hosts all the best. Thanks for everything!

Extremely friendly host. Apartment is clean and has everything you may need during stay. Easy to find a parking nearby. It's about 20 minutes to city centre by foot.

Everything is fine, I would choose this apartment for stay next time.

We were accommodated for a week in the top apartment with two bedrooms. What a fantastic stay we had from the first moment we came to the last moment!!! The apartment is absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and everything is thought about. Every room has also a balcony that is very enjoyable to sit on. Mila and Renato are amazing hosts, very friendly, welcoming and making you feel as being home. The location is very good too - the historical centre, the beach and the shops are in walking distance. This place is simply a pure perfection!!! Thank you both for your hospitality.

Everything. The hosts are lovely, very helpful with everything. Room very clean and tidy. Room was turned over most days which was amazing. It was very cheap they could charge more, we have been to Rovinj 7 years in a row so we know how much we usually pay.

A bit further away from the town than we usually stay but the actual location, street is very nice and safe etc. The accommodation was very cheap so it is more than worth the extra 10mins of walking. (We usually stay right next to the centre.)

Hosts live there so they are around to give keys and answer any enquiry. Appartement is placed centrally so it is easy to take walk to the beach or city center. Everything was clean and comfortable, hosts are nice and pleasant and talk multiple languages. Parking next to the appartement is free.
