The Attic Rovinj

The flat is well equipped, modern decoration, appliances work properly. Very clean and carefully maintained. Location is perfect, a real sense of the old town of Rovinj. We already miss the experience we had.

The bedroom needs its own air conditioning system. A general comment not related to the property itself, just mind that these old apartment buildings have quite steep stairs. Also do not have the possibility to unload luggage directly (no car access to the property) - not a criticism, just information...

We selected this accomodation already second time.It is in the middle of old town but still very silent which always has been our priority when booking place to stay. Clean and cozy, with enough space.

We enjoyed our stay entirely. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfy. Everything was super clean and nice. Apartment is well equipped and the owner had also fruit, wine and cookies for us 😊. Communication was very easy and nice, and Snežana was a great host. And the location og the apartment is perfect. And the staircase leadinh to the attic was eventually not as demanding as it seemed to be at our arrival 😅.

Excellent and quiet location directly in the heart of the old town. Comfortable room on the top (with a lot of stairs but for us it was no issue). Friendly host. Including instruction for parking (we visited during Christmas where parking near was for free).

The stairs up to the apartment are very steep!

Great location. Updated, quiet apartment in the Old Town pedestrian zone. Convenient to everything. Welcoming hosts. Wine, fruit, water and cookies were provided. All amenities you need provided.

It had everything we needed for a great 4 night stay. It’s very cute and comfortable. The apartment is close to everything. Kristina and her mom were so hospitable and sweet. They let us drive into town to drop off and pick up our luggage which was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

There is no parking in town. You have to walk at least 15 minutes to your car if you have one. You have to walk up 2 flights of very narrow stairs with your luggage. Both of these things are not the hosts fault and this did not take away from us greatly enjoying our stay. We would still recommend this place to our friends and family.
