You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of R$100 per day. Our pet policy will be limited to 1 pet, small size (up to 15kg) per apartment. It is very important that all guests sign the liability waiver upon check-in to ensure they are responsible for any damage or loss to the hotel. Please note that room service is available from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that guests must sign a rental agreement upon check-in. Please note that the property does not provide duvets for extra beds. Breakfast for children from 07 to 11 years old is R$ 15.00 per child. We do not accept payments via Pix. Boa localização, café da manhã gostoso, preço bem de acordo com a acomodação. Minha única reclamação é: paredes e teto feitos de papel, não dormimos nada por dois dias porque os hóspedes do quarto acima do nosso não paravam de correr, pular, derrubar coisas, e quando ligamos na recepção eles não queriam incomodar os hóspedes e ficavam questionando se realmente estava muito barulho. O flat é bem gostoso, numa rua calma e segura, mas não fico mais quando precisar descansar, porque é uma roleta russa da educação do vizinho. Além disso, elevador ficou a semana quebrado, e era bem ruim passar por portas corta fogo pra conseguir chamar o elevador de serviço.

Apartment needs some TLC. Kitchen is good just to make coffee and fry an egg. Not suitable for cooking

"Flat equipado vom vista mar"

Tudo conforme o anunciado. Vista mar, apto e utensilios de cozinha bem conservados. Proximo ao shopping Miramar (caminhada 10 minutos pela orla). 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, 2 mercados pão de açúcar num raio de 1km. Estadia tranquila, no geral, sem estresse por parte do staff.
