Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of R$100 per day. Our pet policy will be limited to 1 pet, small size (up to 15kg) per apartment. It is very important that all guests sign the liability waiver upon check-in to ensure they are responsible for any damage or loss to the hotel. Please note that room service is available from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that guests must sign a rental agreement upon check-in. "Perfect for beachgoers."

Great apartment with a kitchen that compromises of a cooker, oven microwave, refrigerator,cooking and cleaning utensils. It’s perfect for staying close to the beach which is only an 6minute walk away. Plenty of amenities in the vicinity and local supermarkets to stock up on your beach supplies. I would stay here again.

It has all the amenities you need for a short or long term stay such as kitchen, fridge, utensils etc and it’s close to the beach, about a 6 minute walk. I would recommend for any beachgoers.

"Perfect!"

Location is good, apartment is perfect and clean, the best is the view from the balcony, just amazing! the breakfast was delicious with many options, liked it very much.

The only thing I noticed that can be changed by the owners is the doorknob of the master bedroom, apart from this everything was good.

The ocean view and close to the beach.

During our stay no cleaning staff appeared to collect the trash nor wipe and sweep the floor.
