Velvet Apartament Kopińska

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. A great location with only a few meters from metro and bus station. Two supermarkets are located nearby. The room has a functioning air conditioner which is a great thing in the hot weather of Warshaw. The massage chair is also very comfortable after long walks.

The location is very loud and for those who will have a bit of silence are not recommended. Especially mornings you are up at 6 am😭 The rooms need to be cleaned, especially the beds, mattresses and pillows. I had to call the landlord to change the mattress in the big bedroom because it smeled too bad. They changed it very soon and I am thankful for it. The room needs to have at least a sofa. There are only 4 wooden chairs which are way too uncomfortable.

Very convenient traffic to the city centre, the tram, bus station only 100 metres. Very good communication with owners about check in and check out.

The apartment is on the main road, so the traffic noise was a little bigger as usual but it did not trouble us.
