New Cozy Apartment

Spacious, bright and cozy apartment. convenient parking under the room window. Close to the city center and shops.

There is a lot of dust in places that are not visible. There is mold in the shower. There are two wall clocks in the apartment, but both do not work (the batteries need to be replaced). The TV remote does not work (the batteries need to be replaced). There is mold in the washing machine tray. People from the upper floors shake off cigarette ash and spit in a parked car.

The apartment is very clean, modern and spacious. It has everything you could need during your stay. Parking is excellent. The owner is very kind and pleasant. All praise. We will definitely come again.

Easy to get there and close the car

Immediately after we made the reservation, we received all the necessary booking data, how to find the accommodation, the parking space, the code for entering the block and the code for the keys. We didn't meet the host at all. I left the money inside to inform the request. The apartment is large on the ground floor, modernly furnished, it looks good, it is very easy to reach the car which is parked right at the window on the terrace. Very close, across the street there is a supermarket for daily necessary shopping. Even if there were 3 small shortcomings, I recommend this location, in the evening it's quiet and you can rest.

The only minus were: 1. the fact that although we took off our shoes at the entrance to the house, after 10 minutes our white socks turned black on the sole. Although there was no dirt at all, the floor was dirty, it seemed that the floor was not washed very well. 2. The towels that were initially white, are now a kind of gray, here it is worth making an investment, the way the house looks is worth newer towels. 3. The bedroom wardrobe door makes a deafening sound when you try to take a linen or pillow from the closet.
